The opening of Urban Jungle at Bayley Arts Gallery was a vibrant celebration of colour and the remarkable talents of Louise Taffs, Tamar Dolev, and Eli Tiernan. We had a delightful time marking sold pieces with red dots!
This exhibition captures the distinct viewpoints of each artist, drawing inspiration from their urban surroundings. Bridges, roads, apartment buildings, palm trees, and the animals they encounter in parks transform into vehicles for abstract compositions, bold colors, and dynamic patterns. Through a variety of materials, the artists joyfully document their daily lives, inviting us to engage with their world in a playful and often humorous way.
